When we become part of the ‘statistics’ of divorce, we are often filled with feelings of anger, shame, sadness, and guilt. It is difficult to work our way back to a place where we feel balanced and whole.
The Divorce Support Group offers the opportunity to share with others who have experienced some of your experiences. It is a place to connect with others and build new relationships in a community of faith. It is a place to talk and learn with counselors and pastors for guidance and assistance as needed.
The Divorce Support Group meets once a month during the summer and meets for six week sessions beginning September and continuing throughout the year with two weeks off between the sessions. Meetings are held on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30. You may come for as many six weeks sessions as you wish. Small groups are encouraged to form and continue as friendship groups.
