A visit with our mission partners, Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Naperville’s sister city of Nitra and with the first Lutheran Bible College in the town of Martin, always includes a project such as painting, teaching, or even mixing cement!
Although the projects are significant, the most memorable experiences stem from the warm Slovak hospitality and the stories of great faithfulness during difficult times. Great for families, adults, singles, young adults, or seniors, Mission Slovakia participants experience the richness of Eastern European culture as well as the power of our common Christian faith.
