All OSLC members, including new members and recent confirmands, are eligible to vote at the meeting. At this year's annual meeting, we will vote on the following:

Ahead of the annual meeting, we encourage you to attend one of two pre-meeting informational forums. Attendees will have the chance to hear from council members and members of the RIC team, respectively, on the proposed church budget, the refresh project for the Our Saviour’s Campus, the proposed church welcome statement and Reconciling in Christ (RIC) designation. (Please see this letter from your pastors and church council endorsing RIC designation. A summary of RIC survey results can be found HERE.) There will also be a Q&A session at the forums.

The informational forums will take place Sunday, May 19, in the Sanctuary after the 11 a.m. service (childcare will be available), and Monday, May 20, at 7 p.m. via Zoom. To access the May 20 forum on Zoom, CLICK HERE. The meeting ID is 813 6655 9594, and the passcode is 526142.
